FAQ
How do I make a reservation?
Book online or call us at (571) 568-6977. Your exact total is shown before you book, and your reservation is confirmed as soon as payment is complete. Pickups must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
How is pricing determined?
Every service has a set rate, shown on our Rates. What you see at booking is what you pay, including your chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, and tolls.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Our prices are fixed, and your total is paid in full at booking through secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number. If you add time to an hourly booking or add stops to a point-to-point ride, you'll receive an invoice for the remaining balance after your service.
Is gratuity included?
Yes. Gratuity is included in every quote.
What is your cancellation policy?
Within 24 hours, up to 50% of the fare; no-shows are charged in full. (View our Terms and Conditions)
